Amazing service. The car is brand new and very clean. All the stuff and especially Panagoula and Thodoris are very pleasant and accessible people. They helped us with a healthy problem we had with our child, even though they were not in their power. Thank you very much. It goes without saying that we will only rent a car from them. An EXCELLENT car rental company! We highly recommend this great rental service! Everything really perfect. From Chania airport to the return. Brandnew car in perfect condition. I've booked a car with the villa. They came to airport. The car is a brand new model very confortable nothing to say about it we enjoyed our vacation. Service are very good, our plan was delay many time and they wait for us ! Higly recommanded !!!

Booked car with this company through my contact booking an apartment, the car and the service was very well. We met at airport, car was clean and with disinfection,
returning the car was as easy as renting it, the man was waiting for us at the airport in front of the departure hall,
everything took only 2 minutes. We recommend this company to everyone.

Never had such a complete service!! I booked months in advance and I was constantly updated regarding covid situation. Punctual, perfect cars and contracts, welcome stuff on the car and flexibility all the time. Both on a professional and personal point of view no comparison with international rental companies. Better on all point of view.

We can highly recommend this company. We rented a car for 7 days. The car was delivered/and picked at our adress. The car was in perfect condition and the service from Thodoris was very friendly and personal. Its a company where you immediately feel safe and secure as a customer 🙂

Absolut toller Service! Unser Flug nach Chania wurde gecancelled, so dass wir über Heraklion anreisen mussten. Trotzdem wurden wir ohne Mehrkosten am Flughafen abgeholt und die wenigen Meter zu unserem Auto gebracht. Die Rückgabe verlief genauso unkompliziert. Der Wagen war top in Schuss, die Notfallnummer haben wir nicht testen müssen, da es keine Probleme gab.
Wenn wir wieder nach Kreta kommen, weiß ich schon wo wir unser Auto mieten. Danke an das Team von Car Rental Chania!

As avid DIY holiday makers, we have planned well ahead a 10 days trip to Crete with our small tribe. While booking our Chania leg of the trip we have been referred to Auto Smart by our host and it was the best choice we could have made - best value for money package (car, insurance, price), lightning fast pick-up and car drop, quickest ever experienced during 20 years of travels. Fortunately did not need assistance during rental period as trip was completely smooth. Highly recommended and a warm thank you to Todoris and the team.

On a réserve par l'internet. La voiture était en très bon état. on a pris Hyundai i20 elle ne consomme pas beaucoup d'essence. La voiture est climatisé et neuve. Elle était très confortable pour 3 semaines. On a bien profité la Crête avec cette voiture. Le prix était correct. on a récupéré à la Cannée et on va la rendre à Heraklion. Je vous recommande ce site pour réserver la voiture. Merci
