Big thanks, we were very satisfied. Communication for the booking was great. A person was waiting for us and the car handing over was very smooth and took just a few minutes right after we exited the airport. We will use this service again.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Die Lieferung des Mietwagens zum Flughafen Chania und auch die Rückgabe dort war super, zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Auch mit dem Auto hatten wir keinerlei Probleme. Wir buchen gerne wieder, hoffentlich schon im nächsten Jahr 👍

I can highly recommend this rental service, always friendly service and efficient quick delivery and cars in perfect condition and at good prices. I always use this company when in Crete. If you want perfection, this is the place to go!

We rented a car at auto smart on a very short notice (1 day!) . The service was perfect. Very friendly and helpful people, nice and clean car. And a nice price on top! We were able to pick up the car in the city centre and drop off at Chania airport. Thank you for this great deal!

Absoluter Top Tip ! Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Übernahme und Abgabe am Flughafen war reibungslos und sehr freundliche hilfreiche Mitarbeiter. Das Fahrzeug war sauber und in einem Top Zustand. Wir werden auf jedem Fall wieder buchen 😉

Die Automiete bei Chaniacarrental 2021 war optimal. im einzelnen: - neuwertiger Kleinwagen auf bestem technischen Stand - bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis von allen Anbietern, die wir uns anschauten - Vollkaskoversicherung in diesem günstigen Preis enthalten - äußerst hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal bei Abholung und Rückgabe - Rückgabe in nächster Nähe zum Flughafeneingang - Fazit: Nicht zu toppen!

Long story short I recommend them!!! I made a contact in WhatsApp messenger, the service was quick and very effective. In few minutes everything was set with a smile. During the trip we had so many changes on our behalf, and again the service was great, very useful and understanding. I am so appreciate your kind help. My recommendation is to go only with them for car rental in Crete!

We rented a car for 12 weeks. We we’re very late with our booking so we couldn’t get the exact car we wanted but we got it for half our stay for the next 6 days we got a different car delivered to our stay location at a time of our choosing. All in all a very comfortable experience!

Super expérience ! Des personnes adorables. Très bien accueilli à l'aéroport, aucune attente pour récupérer la voiture et le retour se fait également en 2 secondes. La voiture était en excellent état. On la rendue pleine de sable et de poussière pas besoin de la nettoyer au retour. Je recommande vivement ! Merci encore.

Great service! We booked our car in advance of our holiday, they met us at the airport on arrival and at departure, so no queuing at the car hire desks and communication was great throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Les voitures nous attendaient au port d'Heraklion à l'heure et nous les avons redéposées à l'aéroport. tout était parfait; très peu de kilomètre au compteur et propres; Dès que nous avons eu une question, la réponse était très rapide; et les personnes étaient charmantes; Nous recommandons.

Très professionnel. Notre voiture nous attendais à l'aéroport d'héraklion à l'heure prévue alors que l'agence est à chania. Le check out était ponctuel et rapide.. La voiture était quasi neuve 5000 km et très bien équipé (clim et Android auto.) .. Je suis vraiment très satisfait et recommande..

We were put in contact with this rental company through our host in Crete and we were super satisfied with the service, the cars and also the price. I can definitely recommend Auto Smart, booking was easy, take-over was easy and return also worked super smoothly.

Tip Top service from the company. They bring us the car at 22.30 h at night and pick it up from the airport in Heraklion the we lest for home. I recommend them highly :-))))

We rented a new citroen elisse. Everything was perfect. The company representative was waiting for us in the airport of Chania with a plate with my name. We get the car and in 10 minutes we was on the roud. The conversation while booking using Whatsapp was easy. For the week we used the car there was no problem. Next holiday on crete we will use the same rental company. Thanks

We rented a new DS 3 Cabriolet. Everything was perfect, from the easy booking using Whatsapp, from the change of airport due to our flight company, from the late change because of the late flight arrival. And the price was very cheap. We did pay almost the same amount for a 3 day trip in Paris for our 2 week trip in crete. Of course everything was corona safe too.

We rented a Citroen C3 for 2 weeks in Kreta. All was arranged with a few emails which allowed to ask questions and get answers (try this with any of the 4 big car rentals). The car was new, ready at the airport arrival, had full coverage and everything included, worked perfectly well for the Island and return was at the departure door of the airport: park, unload, handover the key - done! Everything a auto-smart was not only smart, efficient and super friendly ... it was also the Island's best deal! In the past we always rented at the big 4 but since we discovered auto-smart, we will never go back again. You cannot get better! A big thanks and lovely greetings from Switzerland to the auto-smart team 🙂
