Ravis de la voiture que nous avons eu une Citroën c3 très propre et très bien! Le personnel juste génial et toujours à l’heure je recommande les yeux fermé !

Très bon loueur local, service personnalisé à la demande. Réception et restitution du véhicule à l’aéroport. Formalité simple et rapide aussi bien pour la réservation que pour la réception. Flotte de véhicules récent. Personnel sympa et dynamique. Tarif compétitif, pas de garantie bancaire. Que du bonheur de traiter avec vous avant de profiter de votre belle Îles. Rien à dire, tout était parfait! J’avais contacté Panagoula par messenger car nous avions un fauteuil roulant et je ne savais pas dans quelle voiture il rentrerait Panagoula m’avait conseillé une voiture pour laquelle j’avais un doute et bien aucun soucis le fauteuil y entrait sans soucis et au niveau des tarifs, j’avais demandé plusieurs devis et celui de Auto-smart était le plus compétitif, bref, professionnalisme, à l’écoute des demandes particulières, prix compétitifs et efficacité, voici comment je qualifierais Auto -smart 👍👍👍

Nous avons loué un véhicule du 19 au 26 juin 2022 a heraklion.
-Accueil personnalisé (pas de queue au comptoir de l aeroport puisqu’une perso ne nous attendait avec une pancarte à notre nom)
Le contrat et règlement a été réalisé en quelques minute s
Tarif intéressant, franchise faible et voiture neuve.
Au retour à l aeroport, le retour a été réalisé en 5 min sans problème directement devant la porte départ aeroport!

Really great service. No queueing or waiting. There was someone in arrivals ready to take us straight to car across the road, a quick handover of the actual car we chose, great car for exploring the island in. On return to the airport someone was waiting for us again in the car park to hand the keys over and walk straight into he airport. Really great hassle free and queuing free service.

Definetly the best car rental you can find in Crete. The car was a perfect gear to fit into the mountains of Crete or to visit the amazing historical relics and beautiful villages/cities. The service before and after rental is perfect and you won't find any more kind, polite and caring company like auto smart. A true Kriti experience.

Alquilamos un coche el pasado septiembre, la experiencia fue muy buena, el coche en perfecto estado y Panagoula es un encanto. Volveremos a repetir en nuestra próxima visita a Creta. Muy recomendable. El sitio ha elegir si necesitáis un coche en la isla.
