We already rented a car with Auto Smart 2 times last year. We came back to Crete in March 2023 and of course we rented again a car via Panagoula and this time we had the chance to meet her in person, she is so kind and super professional.
We recommend 100% Auto Smart, I've travelled a lot and Auto Smart is from far the best car renting company. Ultra fast communication with friendly service, always on time, good prices, clean cars. When you ask something to Panagoula, she will do her best for you, you can clearly feels that she loves her job and do it with passion.
We can't wait to come back next week and also in July, and of course we already booked the car via Panagoula.
Auto smart is more than a car rental company, THANK YOU Panagoula.

We required a transfer from Chania to Kissamos Autosmart was recommended to us. The service was excellent the driver Panagoula Spilliotopoulou arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and helpful. I would definitely use Autosmart. I highly recommend this service.

In September 2022 hatten wir ein Auto in bestem Zustand gemietet. Kommunikation und Übergabe am Flughafen Heraklion liefen perfekt. Wir werden den Service von AutoSmart in 2023 wieder nutzen.

In a world where good service is seemingly becoming a thing of the past, suddenly my faith has been restored in the shape of a car rental company based in Chania. From inception to completion the whole experience is flawless. I had been recommended Chania Car Rental by a friend and after some research I found the rates competitive and feedback positive, so I made the booking. Once arriving in Chania we were greeted in the arrivals lounge by one very warm and polite representative Panagoula Spiliotopoulou. Panagoula showed us to the waiting vehicle, took us through a quick but full safety and user briefing, then the paperwork was completed there and then and away we went. The car was well maintained and spotlessly clean inside and out. The return of the vehicle was effortless, altogether a proficient and user-friendly company that we will certainly be using again. Well done Panagoula and Team.

Hello,
I have been using this great company for renting a car many times during the last few years.
Their price are always great and their friendly service is amazing.
My experience with them includes an unpleasant travel that they had to do for me, to Heraklion. They went there to pay my ticket which I had gotten at the airport.
They returned back after 6 hours with my licence plates and with a huge smile. Without asking for any extra charge for their troubles.

First time hiring a car from auto smart,and have to say super impressed with the car and the service.my family and I had a vw caddy 7seater and it was immaculate very cheap to run and got us around the whole island without fault,auto smart is the only rental I would use in Crete-thanks panagoula and team

We just got back earlier this week from our wonderful trip to Crete. We wanted to thank Panagoula and team on making our car rental experience easy and convenient.
We flew in and out of Heraklion and on arrival our car was waiting for us and her staff took the time to go over the particulars of the vehicle and ensured we were comfortable. It was so easy!
On the return, we had a very early flight and the AutoSmart team was so accommodating and we had no issues leaving our car and catching our flight.
Thanks again to Panagoula and team for making our car rental experience so easy with no worries!

Great service from beginning to end. Although this is my first time ever of renting a car on holiday, it was first class. The car was only 3 months old and spotlessly clean. Needed a large car as we were 4 adults with suitcases, and the Corolla was ideal. We were met at the Heraklion airport on arrival and depature promptly. Also, no deposit was required beforehand. Thank you Panagoula for all your help. We'll definitely be using you in the future.

Autosmart provided us with the best hybrid cars at the best price! The cars were both new and we were amazed at the quality of the cars in Crete. I would also like to compliment ASPASOULA and PANAGOULA for being such lovely people! They picked us up from the airport and arranged for our drop off. They are just wonderful to work with! And are a wealth of information about local attractions. Forget Hertz, Avis and the rest....AUTO SMART is the SMART WAY TO GO!!!!!

During our two weeks on Crete we had a good and reliable car. The whole process from booking, airoport pick-up and return was very smooth and uncomplicated. Good price with good service. I would definitely book again at my next visit to Crete.
