Where do I start, we are a family of 4 and we’ve had a lot of holidays and hired a lot of cars . panagoula’s company is the best I’ve ever used , We we’re met at the airport , taken to our villa with cases in tow , in the day of departure we were met at the airport with them , the friendly staff are a credit to you Panagoula,
The brand new car was an absolute treat and very reasonable prices . The personal service you give is 5 star ⭐️
You were always at the end of a what’s ap message helping us to find great places to visit , have I gone to hire car heaven in Crete !!! YES 🙌 anyone looking to hire a car in Crete don’t look any further . Amazing woman , amazing service , made our holiday one of the best ones we’ve ever had . Panagoula and the rest of the team were so professional. We are planning our second trip to Chania and we are booking again with autosmart. We have travelled quite a lot and it is by far the best car rental service we ever had. We recommend at 100%

Wir sind mit dem Service rundum sehr Zufrieden. Wir haben genau das Fahrzeug bekommen was uns versprochen wurde. Keine versteckten Kosten. Wir wurden am Flughafen sehr freundlich empfangen, Fahrzeugübergabe und die Rückgabe erfolgte auch problemlos. Von mir 5 Sterne.

We had the best experience with Panagoula and her team. We hired 2 cars, which were wonderful. And we had multiple transfers (up to 10) from both airports and ports. The co-ordination and organisation was incredible. So easy to communicate and set up transfers. Prices were also best in Crete.
I'm now sure how she does it, but Panagoula was on top of everything. Thank you for giving us an amazing experience. You will definitely be the only hire company we will use when we return to Crete.

Très bon service,10 jours à partir d'heraklion. Accueil en français par une personne très sympathique,en plus,il est allé nous amener la voiture à nos pieds.Il nous a même mis les bagages dans le coffre.
La voiture était celle qui était envoyée par photo.
Et des prix corrects sans avoir de carte de débit..
Allez y les yeux fermés
Et Panagoula,😀, toujours au top
S'il y a besoin !

Rented car for five days in June. Very good experience. Car pick up and drop off at locations convenient to us was greatly appreciated. Car was in excellent and clean condition.
Restricted from driving certain roads like to Balos beach confusing as it seems all other rental car are allowed (?)

Wir hatten einen fast neuen VW Polo für 10 Tage gemietet. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super. Obwohl wir erst um 23:00 in Heraklion gelandet sind wurden wir direkt am Flughafen empfangen. Die Übergabe war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Keine versteckten Zusatzkosten die einen überraschen könnten. Am letzten Tag haben wir kurz vor der Ankunft am Flughafen angerufen und bis wir am Parkplatz waren wurden wir schon wieder super freundlich in Empfang genommen. Wir werden definitiv wieder bei euch ein Auto buchen. Herzlichen Dank für alles. Liebe Grüße, Larissa

We just got back to Canada after a wonderful two weeks in Crete. We used Auto Smart Car Rental for the first time after using other car services for the last five years in Crete.
It was the best decision!
From initial contact to pickup and to drop-off, the service was excellent! They answered all our questions promptly, gave us a car in great condition, almost new, and were always available for inquiries and making recommendations on where to visit and for restaurants. The best part was that they were available for pickup and drop-off in Heraklion, where we were flying into and out of. This greatly helped us with planning our two weeks.
We would definitely recommend for anyone to use this service for their car rental needs in Crete.

i suggest to everyone to rent a car with Chaniacarrental. We arrived in Heraklion and a boy was waiting for us with a perfect and clean minivan. Every contract condition are previously has been comunicated to us during booking. Rapid and perfect also the dropoff.

Amazing service from Panagoula and her team. Following a recommendation from our airBnB host we rented a car for a couple of weeks for our first holiday in Crete. The online communication was always prompt and helpful. The ladies who met us at the pickup and drop-off were very friendly. We'll definitely use them on our next trip.
