Great service, very clean car, friendly people. From the first moment on, we had a very good contact with Panagoula through Whatsapp, everything was very clear. Nous avons passé 3 semaines en Crète en septembre 23 et nous avons testé cette merveilleuse agence de location de voiture qu'est autoSMART.
Vraiment ravi par le service,l'accueil, la réception du véhicule, la rapidité de réponse de Panagoula, ( la gestionnaire)..avec en prime une merveilleuse surprise en voyant la voiture .
Nous avions demandé une C3 essence et nous avons été surclassé pour une Toyota Yaris Cross hybride....Vraiment super...économique. 3,7 litres aux 100 km.
Génial.
Je vous conseil vivement cette agence ,sans problèmes.

Great experience with this company! Panagoula was very helpful from the beginning and got us a great deal. We rented two Toyotas Corolla for our 13 days vacation in Crete, cars were pretty new so felt very safe. They met us at the airport and all the paperwork was dealt with very quickly, no hassle, no line ups, off to start our holiday. Then we dropped them off at the airport again, staff was already waiting for us. Super easy and friendly. The only thing I would mention that could definitely be better is the children car seats, we travelled with two babies and one toddler and the seats were pretty cheap and worn out. Wished we took our own. Also there was no windshield washer fluid in one of our cars. But other than that, everything was perfect!
