Je retiendrai un service fiable sérieux et professionnel. Le véhicule reçu était celui proposé à la location. Une présence directe d’un collaborateur à la sortie de l’aéroport. Panagoula étant très disponible. Je recommande vivement auto smart pour la location de votre véhicule en Crète .

First time in Crete and first car rental from Auto Smart. Everything was perfect. The reservation as well as the very fast confirmation, the Panagoula team was waiting for us on time, we checked the car with photos and we were able to leave directly. The car was very clean and faultless. For the return, the Panagoula team was present on time to take the car. The price is very attractive and correct. Communication is very easy and Panagoula responds very quickly. I highly recommend this rental company. 5***** Tanks you for your car 🙂

Once again, the service was exquisite! The prices are very suitable and cars are taking care of. Cars are new and maintained first class. Our family can highly recommend Auto Smart and especially Panagoula, who is available at any time you need!

Hello to all, Take the time to read this review....... First we would like to thank Panagoula Spiliotopoulou and here team for a wonderful experience. Arrived at the airport someone was waiting for us at the arrival. The car was parked in front of the airport was checked together with the staff and final papers signed. Best price in Kreta for a new car, we even received an upgrade what was a nice extra as we rented for 3 weeks. The drop off service went as smooth as the pick up, quick and efficient. We highly recommend Auto Car Smart Rental. Good and friendly service, quick reply. Panagoula we will be back, thank you.. Ana & Curd.

We rented a nine-passenger van that was clean and ran perfectly. It was comfortable for all our destinations. Panogoula was quick to reply to my questions. I highly recommend this auto company for traveling to Chania! 5 stars!

Bonjour et merci pour tout ! Nous avons été ravi du service de location. Voiture récente et propre, qui nous a suivi dans tous nos déplacements sur l'île. Disponibilité et gentillesse de Panagoula et de son équipe pour la réservation, la prise et la restitution du véhicule. Un grand merci pour ce 1er voyage en crête. Je recommande à 100%.

What a terrific way to start our vacation- Panos met us at the arrival gate as promised, escorted us to our brand new VW Polo and we were off! The car worked perfectly, was spotless, and had plenty of room for the two of us and all our luggage. Panagoula is so responsive and answered every question, regardless of the time difference from California before the trip or to manage the return a bit earlier than first planned. Thank you for a super experience. Will definitely recommend to any friends who visit Crete for the personalized service. 5stars!

Had a wonderful experience with Panagoula! She met us right at the arrival section of the airport, and had her team meet us at the port for vehicle drop off, best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Our van was clean, new, and everything worked perfectly. Would highly recommend this company!

Great service start to finish. Communication and car delivery at the airport went very smoothly. On return, car drop at the airport departures was perfect. Best car rental experience ever!

Nous recommandons cette agence de location de voiture ! Communication facile et fluide, très disponible, réponses rapides et claires. La voiture nous a été livrée directement à l’aéroport à notre arrivée, simple, rapide et efficace. La restitution se passe de la même manière. Nous avons été très satisfait de la location de voiture. Tout était parfait. Une personne nous attendait à l’aéroport malgré que nous arrivions un peu tard. La voiture était en très bonne état, presque neuve. Panagoula est toujours disponible et répond très rapidement à nos attentes. C’est très rassurant. Je recommande à 200%

Each time when we are returning to Crete we always rent a car from Chania car rental. Friendly and easy communication, no hidden fees, overall great service. We recommend them.

Parfait. Très arrangeant. La communication par messenger a été très simple avant et pendant notre séjour. Le rapport qualité prix est top. Le véhicule était très propre, bien entretenu et récent. Tout c'est bien passé dans notre séjour. Je recommende les yeux fermés.

Une location exemplaire. Pendant un mois complet. Voiture impeccable, propre. On nous attendait à l’aéroport d’Heraklion, on est venu récupérer la voiture à l’ahurie convenue au retour devant l’entrée de l’aeroport( inutile pour nous d’aller la garer ou que ce soit), vraiment nous recommandons. Très grand professionnalisme et prix absolument raisonnable et intéressant. Merci Panagoula!

Panagoula was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. George drove our car to Heraklion for us where we arrived by ferry, and was polite, professional and on time. The vehicle itself was great too - a 2022 Toyota. I highly recommend renting a car from Auto Smart.
