Best car rental experience I have had in my 25 years of coming to Crete. Panagoula is just lovely to deal with: prompt, professional, and totally charming. I got a great deal for a two-month rental, the car was in super shape and had inbuilt sat nav and a lot of modern extras (auto adjust steering etc). It was also a powerful small car and good on petrol. Panagoula also kindly facilitated an unplanned extra day and an airport drop-off. I will be using her contact for all my future rentals on Crete and will highly recommend to my friends. Super service all round.
