This was the best car rental transaction we have ever had. We were met at the airport and escorted to the car, a matter of only metres away. Very quick and simple transaction and we were on our way. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. We were a little early so we were told to just leave the car in the car park opposite departures. So simple. Panagoula was an absolute pleasure to deal with and would respond to any questions by return. The car, MG XS, was new, clean and was trouble free. The only thing of note was that it was a little underpowered and did struggle on the steepest of inclines. Unfortunately we were located up a very steep hill so it was noticed more. We will definitely use Auto Smart again when next in Chania and will happily recommend.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you
