We just got back earlier this week from our wonderful trip to Crete. We wanted to thank Panagoula and team on making our car rental experience easy and convenient.
We flew in and out of Heraklion and on arrival our car was waiting for us and her staff took the time to go over the particulars of the vehicle and ensured we were comfortable. It was so easy!
On the return, we had a very early flight and the AutoSmart team was so accommodating and we had no issues leaving our car and catching our flight.
Thanks again to Panagoula and team for making our car rental experience so easy with no worries!

Great service from beginning to end. Although this is my first time ever of renting a car on holiday, it was first class. The car was only 3 months old and spotlessly clean. Needed a large car as we were 4 adults with suitcases, and the Corolla was ideal. We were met at the Heraklion airport on arrival and depature promptly. Also, no deposit was required beforehand. Thank you Panagoula for all your help. We'll definitely be using you in the future.

Autosmart provided us with the best hybrid cars at the best price! The cars were both new and we were amazed at the quality of the cars in Crete. I would also like to compliment ASPASOULA and PANAGOULA for being such lovely people! They picked us up from the airport and arranged for our drop off. They are just wonderful to work with! And are a wealth of information about local attractions. Forget Hertz, Avis and the rest....AUTO SMART is the SMART WAY TO GO!!!!!

During our two weeks on Crete we had a good and reliable car. The whole process from booking, airoport pick-up and return was very smooth and uncomplicated. Good price with good service. I would definitely book again at my next visit to Crete.

Where do I start, we are a family of 4 and we’ve had a lot of holidays and hired a lot of cars . panagoula’s company is the best I’ve ever used , We we’re met at the airport , taken to our villa with cases in tow , in the day of departure we were met at the airport with them , the friendly staff are a credit to you Panagoula,

Wir sind mit dem Service rundum sehr Zufrieden. Wir haben genau das Fahrzeug bekommen was uns versprochen wurde. Keine versteckten Kosten. Wir wurden am Flughafen sehr freundlich empfangen, Fahrzeugübergabe und die Rückgabe erfolgte auch problemlos. Von mir 5 Sterne.

We had the best experience with Panagoula and her team. We hired 2 cars, which were wonderful. And we had multiple transfers (up to 10) from both airports and ports. The co-ordination and organisation was incredible. So easy to communicate and set up transfers. Prices were also best in Crete.
I'm now sure how she does it, but Panagoula was on top of everything. Thank you for giving us an amazing experience. You will definitely be the only hire company we will use when we return to Crete.

Très bon service,10 jours à partir d'heraklion. Accueil en français par une personne très sympathique,en plus,il est allé nous amener la voiture à nos pieds.Il nous a même mis les bagages dans le coffre.
La voiture était celle qui était envoyée par photo.
Et des prix corrects sans avoir de carte de débit..
Allez y les yeux fermés
Et Panagoula,😀, toujours au top
