In a world where good service is seemingly becoming a thing of the past, suddenly my faith has been restored in the shape of a car rental company based in Chania. From inception to completion the whole experience is flawless. I had been recommended Chania Car Rental by a friend and after some research I found the rates competitive and feedback positive, so I made the booking. Once arriving in Chania we were greeted in the arrivals lounge by one very warm and polite representative Panagoula Spiliotopoulou. Panagoula showed us to the waiting vehicle, took us through a quick but full safety and user briefing, then the paperwork was completed there and then and away we went. The car was well maintained and spotlessly clean inside and out. The return of the vehicle was effortless, altogether a proficient and user-friendly company that we will certainly be using again.
