What a terrific way to start our vacation- Panos met us at the arrival gate as promised, escorted us to our brand new VW Polo and we were off! The car worked perfectly, was spotless, and had plenty of room for the two of us and all our luggage. Panagoula is so responsive and answered every question, regardless of the time difference from California before the trip or to manage the return a bit earlier than first planned.
