We rented a Citroen C3 for 2 weeks in Kreta. All was arranged with a few emails which allowed to ask questions and get answers (try this with any of the 4 big car rentals). The car was new, ready at the airport arrival, had full coverage and everything included, worked perfectly well for the Island and return was at the departure door of the airport: park, unload, handover the key - done! Everything a auto-smart was not only smart, efficient and super friendly ... it was also the Island's best deal! In the past we always rented at the big 4 but since we discovered auto-smart, we will never go back again. You cannot get better!
