We highly recommend this rental service! Everything super smooth from meeting up at Chania airport to the return from Heraklion. Very price worthy and the car was in perfect condition. Best rental car service we have experienced in Greece!

We have had excellent service from Auto-smart Car Rental in Chania. They were flexible when we changed our flights due to personal reasons, the vehicle was great and the staff at pick-up and drop-off really friendly and helpfull. Thanks to the pick up driver who took us to our accomodation in Chania when we dropped our daughter at the airport and planed to leave the car there. Would recomend them highly to other visitors to Crete. Thank you

We had a great experience- they delivered our car to us in Iraklion and then we returned it at departures at Chania airport. It couldn’t have been easier-and they were really quick to respond to any queries. The car was perfect. Highly recommended!

Amazing service. The car is brand new and very clean. All the staff and especially Panagoula and Thodoris are very pleasant and accessible people. They helped us with a health problem we had with our child, even though they were not in their power. Thank you very much. It goes without saying that we will only rent a car from them. Many congratulations guys!!!!!!!! You are the best!!!!!!

Thodoris organized our rental car perfectly. His representative met us upon the arrival of the plane and the car was outside the arrival waiting for us. We could drop the car again outside the departure at the airport. The Auto Smart representative was there waiting for us to accept the car. Overall the service from Auto Smart in Chania was excellent, prompt and the price was very competitive. I highly recommend Auto Smart in Chania to anyone wanting to rent a car in Crete.

We were in Crete in April and our Airbnb host suggested Auto Smart and Thodoris. Very good and friendly service, the cars were running smoothly and were very clean. They met us at the Chania airport with the cars and upon leaving we gave the cars back at Heraklion airport. No extra charges or hidden fees. Higly recommended!

We usually rent from big companies but we were extremely pleased that our Airbnb host referred us to Thodoris!! He, his wife, and his staff were an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT to interact with. Starting with the reservation prior to our trip, Thodoris was very responsive, highly professional, and quite accommodating. They were all fabulous at arrival and departure, and when we needed to make changes. On top of that, they gave us a present upon departure. And the car was great too. They made our stay in Crete that much more enjoyable and worry-free!!
We very highly recommend that you use their car rental services when in Chania. You will be absolutely happy!
